WEEK 9: LIFE IN QUARANTINE

Hello and salutation. It’s been a while I’ve not updated my blog. I hope my friends are doing well out there. “Its Corona Time!” yes people, we are now in the most dangerous situation in which our world is facing one big enemy, the Corona Virus. I thought my mid semester break will be great as I planned to go on a vacation with my best friends but guess what? It has been cancelled due to this pandemic. SAD! Even worse, since 18th March, we are ordered by our government to stay at home. Yes, “Just Stay at Home!” It’s been nearly 3 months from the date and guess what I’ve done in that past 3 months. Wait, I did nothing? Teeeettttt, you are TOTALLY wrong! I’ve done numerous new things during the quarantine. The most exciting thing I’ve done is, I read a book which I bought like 2 years ago. I found the book in my room and suddenly I am intrigued like why I bought the book if I am not going to read it. I go through the synopsis and the next 4 hours, I finished reading the whole boo

WEEK 8: INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Hello and salutation. In this week's post, I will be sharing about Instructional Design. Instructional Design is created to make lesson more efficient. Constructivism is one of the Instructional Design in which we show the lesson and the learner able to create something from it. Besides, it is not a complete replacement, it must be a face to face lesson. In addition, we need to know the learners' skills or knowledge first. Few things that we need to focus on is the gap between the knowledge that they have and the knowledge that they need to know. Some of the analysis are needed from surveys, syllabus, free writing etc. Learning outcomes is basically the results of the student. Every strategy always have it outcomes obviously. And in Instructional Design, we need to pay more attention on what the students have achieved at the end of the lesson. ADDIE Model is one of the model helps and guides in Instructional Design. Hello and salutation, In this week's post; Fadiladtun. Azfar and I will be making a video about awareness using video animation. The video that we will be doing is about animal testing. In this video, we will be sharing about the problems and the solution. The video animation will be created using Powtoon as the application is very easy to use for the students and it is somehow exciting to watch. WEEK 6: AUDACITY

Hello and salutation, Welcome back people, as this week's post, I will be posting about Audacity. Audacity is a free application for both Windows and Mac users. By using Audacity, you can simply edit your voice recordings. The fun thing is, Audacity has a lot of features which are easy to be understand and use. Besides, we were assigned to record ourselves a podcast and edit the recording using Audacity. The assignment needs us to find one trending hashtag and discussed about the hashtag on the podcast. Azfar and I chose #UstazahMerangkak as our topic for podcast as the hashtag went viral days ago. I believe the hashtag we chose is relevant to the assignment given. The assignment required us to record a 6-10 minutes podcast, edit using Audacity and post it on SoundCloud. Hello and salutation, For this week's post, I will be reviewing a podcast taken from podbay.fm podbay.fm is a website where it includes free podcast for everyone regarding their ages and their social background. I will be reviewing a podcast about Halsey talking about her new album called Manic. CMC is the short form for Computer Mediated Communication . Computer Mediated Communication is defined as any form of communication or interaction between two or more people via separate computers through network connection. There are 2 types of CMC; Synchronous and Asynchronous Synchronous - Communication between participants and it allows for direct communication. WEEK 3: POWTOON

Hello and salutation, Okay guys, as for this week post, I will be posting about Powtoon. If last week I mentioned about Canva, well Powtoon is his friend. Powtoon is also one of the FREE application that allows you to create a short animation video. It includes cute pictures, and effects though. Same thing, before you create the video, you need to sign up or log in using your Google account. It is very easy to use and it is very interesting too. Honestly, I never heard about this Powroon apps before until my lecturer exposed it to us during lectures. I was surprised that I am actually on the surface of knowing the web. Well, if you don't, we are buddies now. Wait, now I have told you, so yeah, both of us had know it. Congrats!
